Every enquiry lands straight on the customer's record. See how Sales Intellect forms are built, what happens when someone submits, and how each submission is kept.

One email sent to many customers at once - a newsletter, a seasonal offer or an announcement.
Watch this part (0:00)In four short steps: the details (a name for the team, the subject line and the preview text), who it comes from, the content, and who it goes to.
Watch this part (0:21)Yes. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link automatically, and anyone who has unsubscribed is left out of the recipients.
Watch this part (0:31)Yes. Campaigns come from a verified sending address with the name your customers recognise.
Watch this part (0:37)Yes. Pick a template you have already designed with your logo and colours, design one in the built-in designer, or paste in your own.
Watch this part (0:45)Yes. A name in curly brackets becomes each customer's first name as the email goes out. The preview shows it exactly as it will arrive.
Watch this part (0:55)Pick customers on the contacts page, import a list, or use a saved View - for example every customer with an ageing hot water system who is happy to hear from you.
Watch this part (1:05)Yes. Send it now or pick a time, and for a bigger list drip it out across the day - on weekdays only if you like - so the replies and phone calls do not all land at once.
Watch this part (1:23)Email campaigns send one email to many customers at once: newsletters, seasonal offers and announcements. Before winter, Acme wants to reach every customer whose hot water system is getting old.
A campaign is built in four short steps. First the details: a name for the team, the subject line customers will see, and the preview text beside it. It's a marketing email, so every copy carries an unsubscribe link automatically.
Next, who it comes from: a verified sending address, and the name customers recognise. For the content, Acme picks a template they've already designed, with their logo and colours. You can also design one right here, or paste in your own.
The preview shows it as it will arrive. The name in curly brackets becomes each customer's first name as it goes out, and the unsubscribe link is already in place.
Then who it goes to. Pick customers on the contacts page, import a list, or use a saved View. Acme uses the View from our first video: every customer with a hot water system over ten years old who's happy to hear from them. Anyone who has unsubscribed is left out automatically.
When it's ready, send it now or pick a time. For a bigger list, drip it out across the day, on weekdays only, so the replies and phone calls don't all land at once.
One email, written once, reaching exactly the right customers, at a pace the team can handle.
